1. How can I place an order?

Browse our products, click on the item you want, select any available options (like size or color), and then click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout.”


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD in selected locations across India. COD charges may apply.


4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Go to our Track Order page and enter your order number and email to check the status.


6. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for more details.


7. My product is damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry! Please email us at support@sopingsearch.store with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.


8. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.


9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be processed and shipped.
